Tools
We work with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Power BI, Microsoft 365 (including Copilot and Power Automate), Google Workspace, Zapier and Make, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. Subscriptions are paid by you directly, and nothing is locked to us.

Common questions
Will AI replace my staff?
That isn’t the aim. The aim is to take the re-keying and chasing off your team so they spend their time on customers and delivery.
Is our data safe?
Before any of your data goes into an AI tool, we agree with you which tools are used. Automations run in accounts you own, and a person checks anything that goes to a customer. See the privacy policy.
We’re not technical. Does that matter?
No. Everything is built in tools your team already uses or can learn in an afternoon, and we train them before we hand over.
